How Access Works

3 Simple Steps

Create a Free Account

Unlock detailed property information, including access structure and property access fees. 

02
Submit Reservation Fee

Reserve the property by submitting a $500 non-refundable reservation fee. The property will be marked pending while a walk-through is scheduled and final approval is completed.

03
Walk the Property & Complete Agreement

After the walk-through, execute your Member Access Agreement and secure full access. $500 reservation fee goes towards cost of total access fee. 

B3 Bowhunters leases properties directly from landowners and provides exclusive property access through clear written member access agreements. We prioritize respect for the land, responsible use, and long-term relationships built on trust.
